10297-1 - Boutique Hotel

Boutique Hotel is a European-style corner hotel with an angled, triangular footprint, released in 2022 to mark the Modular Buildings Collection's 15th anniversary. Its diagonal shape and high-end sand-green coloring set it apart from the line's more traditional rectangular facades, though the exposed rear walls can make it a bit trickier to place in a full street layout. The adjoining art gallery annex and outdoor terrace palm tree give the set a distinctly upscale, contemporary feel that stands apart from the line's more traditional street-corner facades.
